The Mustang Lithium : Ford's Electric Concept Car Boasts 900+ Horsepower

This week at the 2019 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Ford debuted an all-electric Ford Mustang. The one-off show car is said to be very fast with over 900 horsepower and 1,000 pound-feet of torque supplied by an 800-volt Webasto battery system. The technology fueling the Ford Mustang Lithium concept can use a full megawatt of electrical energy, which is significantly more force than any standard-issue electric cars currently on the market.
